We are sorry you are searching. Here is what to know: a Legacy Plan stays on its owner's own device and paper. We never keep a copy, so the plan is with their things, not with us.

Where families usually find it

• With their important papers: a printed plan, and often a small key card.
• With the person they trusted: many people give a copy of the Kit file and the key to one family member or friend.
• On their own phone or computer: their plan opens at thelegacykit.com/plan on the device they used.

If you have their Kit file and the key

Go to the plan page and choose "Already have a Kit file? Open it." Type the key from their card and pick the file. It opens right there, on your device.

If the key is lost

If they turned on family recovery when they saved the Kit, call Byrd Financial at 844-BYRD-FIN. After we verify who you are and your right to act, we help your family open it. Without the key or the family net, no one can open a Kit, not even us; that is what kept it private while they lived.

Take your time. The plan was made so you would not have to guess.
